A role nobody wanted to take on: messy archives and inventory, a supplier cancelling last minute. Rebuilt the inventory from scratch, created 500+ visuals independently within brand guidelines, sourced a new supplier, managed installation on an unfamiliar site. Result: deadlines met, inventory cleaned up, successful installation with 30+ volunteers coordinated.
