Signage management for a 15,000-attendee electronic music festival — from supplier coordination and production to on-site installation. Handled end-to-end over several months: sourcing and coordinating suppliers, overseeing panel production from an existing visual identity, managing logistics, and leading a team of 30 volunteers on-site.
